Christopher M. Dargie

Chris Dargie is an associate attorney at Perkins Thompson, having joined the firm in 2005 following his graduation, cum laude, from the University of Maine School of Law. Mr. Dargie's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, business transactions, real estate and business immigration. He regularly assists the firm's clients with major supply transactions and asset purchases and sales. He also assists the firm's clients with the successful processing of L, TN, H-1B and other business visas.

While in law school, Mr. Dargie served as Managing Editor of the Ocean and Coastal Law Journal.
