Jennifer Pincus is a shareholder and director of Perkins Thompson, having joined the firm in 2004. Following her graduation from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, Ms. Pincus worked for a national law firm in its Washington, DC, New York City, and Manchester, New Hampshire offices prior to moving to Portland, Maine to work for a small firm specializing in bankruptcy and litigation. Ms. Pincus is admitted before the bars of the States of Maryland, New York and Maine, as well as the District of Columbia.
Ms. Pincus practices in the areas of employment, bankruptcy litigation, commercial litigation and civil litigation. She presently serves as President of the Cumberland County Bar Association, and is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the American and Maine Bar Associations. Ms. Pincus resides in Cumberland, Maine.
