Dawn Harmon is an associate attorney at Perkins Thompson, having joined the firm in 2004 after serving a clerkship for Chief Justice Leigh Saufley of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.

Ms. Harmon's practice focuses on civil litigation and employment and labor law, which includes assisting clients with discrimination, wrongful discharge and wage and hour claims before the Maine Human Rights Commission and in litigation. Ms. Harmon regularly advises clients on wage and hour laws, employment contracts, terminations and discrimination and harassment matters. She has also appeared before municipal boards representing clients in land use disputes. Additionally, Ms. Harmon practices in the area of intellectual property, assisting clients with trademark registrations, transfers of intellectual property and licensing agreements.

Ms. Harmon is a member of the Maine State and American Bar Associations. While in law school, she served as Executive Editor of the Maine Law Review.
