Mark Snow's primary practice focuses on the law of commercial transactions and financial institutions, commercial loan transactions, credit enhancements, operations issues, and consumer credit regulatory matters, and representing business clients in both transactional and regulatory matters. Mr. Snow also represents energy companies and utilities regarding regulatory compliance, project financing, and other matters. He is a shareholder and director of Perkins Thompson, having joined the firm in 1991.
Mr. Snow was selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2008 (copyright 2007 by Woodward/White, Inc. of Aiken, S.C.), in the field of Banking Law for Maine. Mr. Snow is Peer Review Rated for Ethical Standards and Legal Ability by Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Snow's interests include maritime historical research and writing, and boat building. He is a member of the Maine State Bar Association, Consumer and Financial Institution Law section, and the Cumberland County Bar Association.
