Paul Pietropaoli is a shareholder and director of Perkins Thompson. His practice centers on commercial and residential real estate transactions, land use, commercial lending, mergers and acquisitions and general business law. He also practices in the area of brownfields redevelopment. Prior to joining Perkins Thompson, Mr. Pietropaoli served as a law clerk to Hon. Caroline D. Glassman, Associate Justice of the Supreme Judicial Court of Maine.

Mr. Pietropaoli is a member of the Maine State Bar Association and the Cumberland County Bar Association. He has also served as an instructor for the Maine chapter of the American Institute of Banking.
