Formerly a shareholder and director of Perkins Thompson, Mr. Schulten became Of Counsel to the firm in 2004. He joined the firm following his graduation from Harvard Law School in 1964. Mr. Schulten has more than 30 years of litigation experience assisting companies with environmental and toxic tort litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and other areas of litigation involving multiple plaintiffs and defendants.
Mr. Schulten is past Board Member of the Maine Historical Society and the Maine Humanities Council.
Mr. Schulten is AV Peer Review Rated for Ethical Standards and Legal Ability by Martindale-Hubbell.
