Chris Dargie's dynamic practice focuses on business transactions of all sizes and types. He has extensive experience serving as counsel for both buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, supply transactions and the acquisition of commercial real estate. Chris also helps entrepreneurs and small businesses navigate various legal and business issues arising during both start-up and operating phases. Chris regularly assists new and existing clients with business immigration matters of all types, including the processing of visas for international investors, managers, executives, and knowledge workers. Chris is experienced with the organization and use of limited liability companies in Maine and presents regularly on the topic.
