Gordon Scannell, Chair of the Firm's Real Estate Practice Group, co-authors Maine Real Estate Law and Practice, 2d ed., published in 2007

In 2007 the Second Edition of Maine Real Estate Law and Practice was published, that Gordon Scannell, the Chair of the Perkins Thompson Real Estate Practice Group co-authored with Caspar Cowan. a revered long term member of the firm who passed away in 2006. Mr. Cowan had written the First Edition that was published in 1990.

Mr. Scannell has over 20 years of commercial and residential real estate law experience. He was elected to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers in 2004.
